The Registered Nurse (RN) works collaboratively with the Emergency Department team to care for patients admitted to a med/surg level of care while awaiting a room. This position is part of the Resource Pool and qualifies for an extra Resource Pool Differential. The role supports a 41-bed Level III Trauma ED that treats approximately 150 patients daily, including stroke, STEMI, and psychiatric cases.
