Resource Team Float Registered Nurse at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix supporting PCU, Med/Surg, and Observation units across the hospital. This full-time night position works three 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) and includes eligibility for a $15,000 sign-on bonus plus shift and float differentials. The role is based onsite at a nationally recognized academic medical center with Magnet recognition.
