Registered Nurse (RN) - Trauma Performance

The Trauma Process Improvement Nurse collaborates with the Trauma Program Manager and Medical Director to monitor trauma care and ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards. This role manages the performance improvement program, maintains the trauma registry, and analyzes data to support patient safety and operational audits. The position requires a current California RN license, a Bachelor's degree, and at least five years of trauma nursing experience.
