About this role
A Registered Nurse position on the Stroke and Neurology Telemetry (3F) unit at Baptist Health Lexington. The role provides nursing care for a 24-bed telemetry unit supporting a comprehensive stroke program, caring for neurology/neurosurgery, TIA/CVA, and some orthopedic overflow patients transferred from ICU, ED, and PACU. This is a full-time third-shift role working 12-hour shifts, three days per week.
