About this role
In this community nursing role, as a Registered Nurse (RN) you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings, working with patients of all ages and differing complexity of care needs to help them remain comfortable in their homes. The position provides an opportunity to develop long-term therapeutic relationships with patients while offering autonomy, independence, and support from a team of peer nurses and supervisors.
