The Registered Nurse (RN) provides hands‑on patient care in the 7 Tower Medical Acute Care Unit, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care from admission to discharge. The RN is responsible for clinical decision‑making, medication administration, patient education, and documentation while adhering to evidence‑based practices and unit protocols.
