The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct nursing care to agency clients, conducts assessments, develops care plans, and documents medical records in accordance with agency policies and nursing standards. The role includes triaging sick calls, monitoring lab values, and ensuring continuity of care for individuals with substance use disorder or serious mental illness.
