Registered Nurse (RN)

Southwest Behavioral & Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Metro Outpatient Site, working with community members in crisis and their families to implement behavioral management interventions and document treatment progress. The role involves providing timely, evidence-based clinical and non-clinical support services to adults, children, and adolescents, including intakes, assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. The RN will work as part of a clinical multi-disciplinary team, performing nursing assessments, managing medication orders, and coordinating medical care with psychiatrists and primary care providers.
