Registered Nurse (RN)

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care within the Scope of Practice of the California Nursing Practice Act, performing all steps of the nursing process including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care. The role involves coordinating care with other providers and acting as a teacher to patients and families to manage their care and prevent complications. This position is based at Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley and requires a minimum of one-year prior acute care ICU Registered Nurse experience.
