Registered Nurse (RN)

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care within the Scope of Practice of the California Nursing Practice Act, performing all steps of the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The role involves coordinating care with other providers and acting as a teacher to patients and families to manage care and prevent complications. This position is based at Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley.
