About this role
A permanent part-time Specialist, Organ and Tissue Donation with Trillium Gift of Life Network (Ontario Health) supporting Thunder Bay and surrounding hospitals. The role acts as the TGLN liaison, developing and implementing hospital policy and coordinating clinical donor assessment, death determination, family approach and medical donor management to optimize organ yield. The Specialist reports to the Manager, Hospital Programs and collaborates with hospital teams and external stakeholders to increase donation performance.
