About this role

The Structural Heart Coordinator serves as a central operational figure for the Valve Clinic, focusing on Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) and Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion (LAAO) programs. This role involves coordinating patient care from referral through discharge, managing complex data registries, and leading multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure optimal clinical outcomes. The position requires direct patient contact, scheduling procedures, and maintaining high-quality documentation standards in collaboration with physicians and nurses.

Responsibilities

Coordinate patient care continuum from admission through discharge
Manage TVT and LAAO NCDR data registry submissions and quality reports
Lead weekly multidisciplinary team meetings for TAVR candidates
Develop evidence-based protocols for valve patient care
Schedule outpatient evaluations and implantation procedures

Current RN LicenseAssociate Degree in Healthcare4 Years Cardiovascular Experience
