About this role
The Nurse In Charge / Nurse Supervisor (RN) oversees the Cardiac Intermediate Care (IMC) unit during the night shift, ensuring high-quality care for the most acute cardiac patients outside the ICU. The role acts as the unit lead reporting to the Director of 4 South and supports clinical operations, staff coordination, and patient-centered care delivery. This is a full-time, 12-hour night shift position based in Silver Spring, MD.
