Registered Nurse – Transfer Center

The Transfer Center RN provides safe and efficient patient transfers into, within, and out of the CentraCare system, managing inbound and outbound communications and coordinating placement with providers and nursing staff. The role operates on a full-time night schedule, leveraging critical thinking, communication skills, and technology to ensure high-quality care for critically ill patients.
