About this role
The Weekend/Holiday Triage and Scheduling Nurse for South Shore Health VNA Team 2 coordinates and prioritizes nursing visits on evenings, weekends, and holidays, and completes triage of incoming patient and caregiver calls. The role provides clinical supervision and support to weekend and per diem nurses, handles new patient intake and referrals, and ensures appropriate communication and documentation across the care team. This is a part-time, onsite position based in Rockland, MA.
