About this role

The Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurse I provides specialty nursing care planning and clinical oversight for patients with wounds, ostomies, and continence needs across the organization (neonate to adult) in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Reporting to the Wound Care Manager, the role supports programmatic improvements and updates clinical practice using current research and consideration of patient and family needs.
