The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care in the 28‑bed Medical Progressive Care Unit at Jefferson Hospital, caring for patients with high‑level cardiac monitoring, respiratory and heart failure, and those requiring advanced interventions such as Bi‑PAP, chest tubes, and titratable IV drips. The role includes leadership responsibilities, patient safety initiatives, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
