The Registered Nurse will work part‑time (day and night) at Sara Vista in Elmvale, providing resident care in accordance with nursing standards, physicians' orders, and facility policies. The role includes assessing residents, developing and evaluating care plans, supervising nursing and personal care staff, and handling documentation and referrals. The RN also steps in to lead the facility in the absence of the Director of Care and supports staff training and performance appraisal.
