Registered Nurse

This role involves providing personalised, specialised, and cost-effective care to a defined paediatric patient population in accordance with hospital policies and nursing standards. The position requires collaboration within a Core Clinical Team to develop nurse-led clinical processes and protocols for outpatient sub-programmes. Additionally, the incumbent will undergo relevant training in adolescent health, life skills coaching, and chronic disease self-management over three years.
