The Registered Nurse provides quality patient care by demonstrating clinical competence and participating in ongoing Performance Improvement. This role involves managing patient care through the integration of Health Care Team functions and assuming clinical leadership responsibilities as assigned. The position requires collaboration with the Clinical Nurse Manager to address the special needs and behaviors of the total population.
