Registered Nurse

This role involves working independently with clients to conduct initial and ongoing assessments of skilled needs, implementing individual plans of care, and providing skilled nursing services. The position requires collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals while supervising Licensed Practical Nurses and Home Health Aides. The Registered Nurse reports to the Home Health Manager and ensures accurate documentation and care coordination.
