Registered Nurse

Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Palliative Care unit at Lions Gate Hospital in North Vancouver, BC. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to clients with life-threatening illnesses, focusing on quality symptom management, goals of care conversations, and end-of-life support. This position requires collaboration within an interdisciplinary team to assess and address the physiological, psychological, and spiritual needs of patients and their families. The ideal candidate will practice in accordance with BCCNM standards and VCH policies to deliver client and family-centred care.
