Registered Nurse

This role involves evaluating and admitting qualifying patients according to Medicare eligibility requirements while administering medications and treatments in accordance with Hospice policy and standards of care. The position requires effective communication with patients, families, and physicians to develop and implement written Plans of Care, perform nursing interventions, and document patient status accurately. The ideal candidate will maintain a cooperative attitude, participate in team meetings, and make scheduled visits to provide physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort to patients and their families.
