Registered Nurse

This role provides professional, individualized bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs within an assigned unit. The position involves coordinating care planning with other disciplines, assessing patient needs, and acting as a supervisor to direct healthcare employees. The nurse systematically evaluates the quality of nursing practice to identify and achieve patient goals while participating in hourly rounding and observing safety guidelines.
