The role involves providing high-acuity care for patients with conditions such as respiratory issues, sepsis, and congestive heart failure, requiring frequent monitoring and blood product administration. The nurse will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage patient care from admission through discharge while ensuring safe and effective clinical assessment and education.
