This role involves providing direct responsibility and accountability for patient care during the intraoperative phase of surgery and endoscopic procedures under the direction of the ASC Manager. The position requires utilizing the nursing process to deliver comprehensive peri-operative care while coordinating with the healthcare team and serving as a patient advocate. The incumbent acts as a liaison between physicians, staff, patients, and families to ensure safe and effective patient care flow consistent with organizational values.
