Registered Nurse

A Registered Nurse administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence, following physician orders and a plan of care under the Clinical Manager's supervision. The role involves conducting initial evaluations, assessing patient needs, and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and revise care plans. The nurse also provides specialized nursing services, educates patients and families, and ensures timely documentation and compliance with agency policies.
