Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse provides patient care based on the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, while overseeing and guiding employees under their supervision. This role supports the organization's philosophy and mission by delivering safe, therapeutic quality care to patients in preoperative, operating, and postoperative areas. The position involves coordinating nursing interventions, educating patients and families, and maintaining competencies in areas such as conscious sedation and sterile technique. The Registered Nurse also serves as a role model and mentor, participating in quality improvement activities and emergency procedures.
