The Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) provides planned, patient-focused, goal-directed nursing care in accordance with provincial standards, reporting to the Director of Care or Director of Health and Wellness. The role supports resident admissions, transfers, medication and treatment administration, and coordinates with the interdisciplinary team to develop and evaluate care plans. The position operates in a long-term/senior care environment emphasizing person-centered care.
