Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)

This permanent full-time Registered Practical Nurse position is responsible for providing planned, patient-oriented nursing care in a long-term care facility. The role involves collaborating with an inter-professional team to assess residents, manage care plans, and administer medications while ensuring compliance with provincial standards. The nurse also coordinates emergency responses, educates residents and families, and supports the Director of Care in maintaining clinical and safety programs.
