Stonehenge Therapeutic Community
The Registered Practical Nurse will provide direct client care within the Supportive Addiction & Mental Health Housing program, delivering health assessments, nursing interventions, and crisis support to individuals with addiction and mental health challenges. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the RPN will travel throughout the Guelph‑Wellington area, offering counseling, advocacy, and coordination of medical and housing services.
