The position serves as a resource for physicians and staff, offering leadership during shifts while floating between the ER, ICU, and NICU on night shifts.

Responsibilities

Independently provide advanced respiratory care and diagnostic testing.
Manage mechanical ventilators and recommend adjustments to improve clinical conditions.
Perform multiple access procedures including arterial and venous lines.
Act as a resource for physicians and healthcare team members regarding patient status.
Provide shift supervision and coordinate oversight of quality and safety standards.
