Provides respiratory diagnostic and therapeutic care to support patients' breathing and respiratory function in a clinical setting. Evaluates appropriateness and effectiveness of respiratory treatments, communicates findings to the care team, and may serve as charge therapist in the manager's absence. Performs airway management, ventilator support, emergency response, and documents patient care.
