The Registered Social Worker will be a key member of the West Ottawa HART Hub team, providing trauma-informed, harm reduction-based psychosocial assessment, brief therapy, crisis response, and system navigation to support clients with substance use health needs. They will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to connect clients with appropriate community resources and support ongoing engagement.
