Registrar and Paying Agent

This role serves as the Registrar and Paying Agent for bond transactions, ensuring accurate processing within agreed turnaround times while complying with operational procedures and local regulations. The position involves coordinating with the Revenue Department for tax documentation, gathering bondholder information, and managing interest payments and related tax withholdings. Additionally, the role requires preparing bond certificates, submitting reports to the issuer, and supporting key projects such as IVS.
