Registration Clerk

As a Registration Clerk at WCB Alberta, you will serve as the primary intake point for new workers' compensation claims, accurately entering data and coding injuries based on medical and accident reports. You will review injury information to determine claim types, update existing files with missing demographic data, and communicate with workers, employers, and medical providers to ensure accurate registration. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict confidentiality.
