Registration Coordinator

The Registration Coordinator plays a key role in the patient-facing registration experience by ensuring positive, professional, and efficient patient encounters. This position involves creating new registrations, checking patients in for scheduled and walk-in visits, and supporting various clinic areas including Urgent Care, Radiology, and Access Clinic. The role also focuses on scheduling return visits, minimizing access delays, and maintaining high standards for infection prevention and patient communication.
