Responsibilities

• Accurately obtain and enter patient demographic and insurance information
• Verify coverage and obtain required pre-authortizations before patient visits
• Collect patient financial liabilities including copays and deductibles
• Coordinate logistical aspects of Radiology, Lab, and Emergency Department appointments
• Maintain accurate logs and patient records for billing and administrative needs
