Registration Services Specialist

The Registration Services Specialist manages in-person and online registration services for Care Resource clients, conducting interviews, collecting insurance and demographic information, and explaining agency policies. This role ensures clients are engaged and informed throughout the registration process while maintaining accurate records and a professional, confidential work environment. The specialist also handles high call volumes, responds to inquiries, and adheres to HIPAA regulations and agency procedures.
