Registration Specialist I

The Registration Specialist performs routine clerical duties associated with registering patients, gathering necessary insurance and demographic information, and obtaining appropriate referrals or authorizations for patient visits. This role works closely with the Business Office and Front Desk Team Lead to ensure excellent customer service during check-in and timely completion of daily tasks. The position requires maintaining up-to-date reference materials on insurance plans and researching patient insurance information to identify participation and referral requirements.
