This role is responsible for managing registration functions within a fast-paced, high-volume Emergency Department that provides 24/7 service. Key duties include insurance verification, patient safety and compliance, revenue collections, resource referrals, and delivering exceptional customer service. The position requires proficiency in medical terminology and familiarity with hospital registration systems.
