Registration/Scheduling

The Registration/Scheduling role is responsible for gathering and verifying patient demographic and insurance information, scheduling and coordinating tests and procedures, and ensuring all necessary consent and documentation are completed. The position also handles insurance verification, patient education on benefits, payment collection, and daily reconciliation of receivables while collaborating with internal and external staff.
