ACS
The Regulatory Affairs Analyst assists the Chief of Regulatory Affairs in monitoring and developing strategic responses to regulatory developments, including federal payment policy, coding, coverage policy, and AI regulation. The role provides staff support to the General Surgery Coding & Reimbursement Committee and ACS representatives to the RUC, while also offering primary staff support in advocacy with third-party payers. This hybrid position is based in the DC office and reports to the Chief of Regulatory Affairs in the Division of Advocacy and Health Policy.
