The Regulatory Affairs Manager establishes strategies for worldwide product approval and submission activities, ensuring regulatory compliance for Lung Health and Gynecologic products within the Surgical organization. This role involves hands-on leadership, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and managing team performance to achieve business goals. The position requires working onsite four days per week at one of the specified U.S. locations.
