Regulatory Affairs Manager

The Regulatory Affairs Manager establishes strategies for worldwide product approval and submission activities, focusing on the U.S. and EU markets, while ensuring regulatory compliance for products within the Surgical Operating Unit. This role involves hands-on leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop regulatory strategies that align with business goals, and managing team performance and development. The position requires onsite work four days per week at one of the specified Surgical locations.
