Regulatory Forms Manager

The Regulatory Forms Manager serves as a senior individual contributor within the Legal and Compliance organization, responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of regulatory forms including intake, drafting, review, and state filing support. This role translates product design into legally compliant coverage documents while partnering with internal stakeholders and external regulators to ensure alignment with company strategy and evolving laws. The position requires exercising advanced judgment to manage complex cross-functional initiatives and drive enterprise-wide forms governance and modernization efforts.
