Regulatory Reporting Manager

The Regulatory Reporting Manager is responsible for producing Schroders' prudential regulatory reporting outputs, overseeing the entire process from source data to submission. This role ensures an efficient and resilient reporting capability that supports current regulatory obligations and future changes, including Basel 3.1. The position involves leading the regulatory reporting data systems, maintaining control environments, and managing stakeholder relationships across Finance, Risk, and Technology.
