About this role
Summer 2026 law student internship with the Public Staff (consumer advocate) working on utility regulatory matters in North Carolina. The role provides exposure to electric rate cases, integrated resource planning, applications for new generation, and major water/sewer utility matters. Interns collaborate with attorneys and interdisciplinary teams to learn the utility regulatory framework and gain litigation and project leadership experience.
