About this role
The Rehab Admission Liaison supports the inpatient rehabilitation program by coordinating admissions, facilitating patient transitions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and reimbursement requirements. The role acts as the primary liaison between referral sources, clinicians, and families and handles prospective payment system documentation. This is a 0.5 FTE salaried weekday position based at the main campus with no weekends or on-call obligations.
