About this role
The Rehabilitation Aide provides support for rehabilitation services to geriatric and disabled participants at AltaMed’s PACE centers and in patients’ homes. The role works under the direct supervision of licensed Physical or Occupational Therapists to support treatment plans and help maintain patients’ functional abilities. This position focuses on delivering compassionate, community-centered care within AltaMed’s health services.
